Scarecrow zombies are scarecrows that have been animated by an evil conjurer's spell - in order to guard a certain location.
Unlike regular zombies, scarecrow zombies are not undead, but they are strong, slow, and mindless.
Scarecrow zombies appear like normal scarecrows during the day - though they tend to look old and rotted.
They become animated at night, however, if the location they were created to protect gets "invaded".
The scarecrow zombies will fight until they or the intruders are destroyed.
Scarecrow zombies can only be destroyed by fire, magic, or if their structural integrity (especially their heads or torsos) are torn apart.

Orc
Orcs are ugly humanoid creatures about the size of a medium to large human. They have piggish faces with sharp teeth.
They are evil and tend to engage in piracy and pillaging. They also serve in evil armies.
Orcs in general are not very intellegent, though group leaders are.

Lich
Liches are powerful undead that were powerful wizards in life.
Unlike other undead, who are created by others, liches are self-created, in order to cheat death.
Liches retain all their powerful magic, intellegence, and memories from their life.
Liches cannot be harmed by weapons - even magical ones.
They can only be attacked with magic spells.
Vampire
Vampires are human looking undead who have fangs and claws. They can change shape into a wolf, bat, rat, or black mist.
They are very strong and intellegent, and can drain the life energy from a victim. A victim that is killed by having all its energy drained by a vampire will be resurrected as a vampire in 24 hours. The victim/vampire will be under the control of the vampire who created him.
Rich and powerful vampires sometimes wield unholy swords.
Vampires can only be harmed by magic, magic weapons, or wooden stakes.
Wraith
After death, though black magic, a creature's soul can be prevented from departing to the spirit world.
Instead, the creature appears as a shadowy wraith, which can only be harmed by magic or magic weapons.
Wraiths can drain life energy from its victims, though not to the extent of a vampire.
The main difference between a wraith and ghost is that a ghost is self-created - tied to a haunted place thru force of its will to avenge a trauma or crime.
Wight
A wight is an undead corpse of an evil human or humanoid.
After death, the creature's decayed soul is trapped in its corpse, usually through black magic.
They can only be harmed by silver or magic weapons, or spells.
Hill Giant
Hill Giants are the "smallest" of the giants - they are "only" about 20 feet tall. Other than height, they appear fully human.
Hill giants tend to be of average intellegence and poorer than other kinds of giants. They tend to wear rags and carry clubs made of wood and bone. Usually, only their leaders will carry large swords.
Troll
Trolls are large (12 feet tall), thin creatures with gnarled faces, long noses, and sickly-green skin.
They are very strong and stupid. Trolls have the power to regenerate their wounds, unless the wounds are caused by fire or acid or magic.
The regeneration is very strong. If they are completely hacked up, they can reform in 5 minutes. A sword slash can be healed in seconds.
Ogre
An ogre is a large, hulking, ugly looking humanoid - maybe 8 feet tall and 400-500 pounds.
Ogres are very strong, but not very intellegent.

Ghoul
A Ghoul is a black, smoky, foul-smelling undead creature.
It has snarling, yellow fangs and claws.
A touch by a ghoul can paralyze for several hours.
Skeletons
Animated skeletons are the lowest form of undead.
Pointed weapons (like swords) and fire do reduced damage against skeletons.

Djinn
Djinni are genies that derive their power from the element of air.
Like all genies, they are very intellegent, and can be good or evil. They have powerful magic abilities, are very strong, and practically immune to any weapons/spells associated with their element.
If they are ever saved from harm, genies (even evil ones) are obliged to grant their rescuer three wishes.
Note that the evil genies (and some of the good ones) can be clever when it comes to "exact wording" of wishes...
Genie
Genies are powerful, magical beings that are associated with the elements. There are different types of genies for each element:
Air - djinn
Earth - Dao
Fire - Efreet
Water - Marid
